Setting up an auto-responder e-mail will take you just a few clicks if you use a Linux cloud hosting from our company. You can do this through the Emails section of our in-house built Hepsia Control Panel where one can see your mailboxes listed in alphabetical order. You may either select an email and click the auto-responder icon or just right-click and select the feature in the context menu that will appear. All you have to do is to type in the text that you would like to be sent as the automated reply and save the modifications. You'll be able to enter any text you would like and modifying or removing the auto-responder function can be just as easy. If you use a semi-dedicated server plan to host your domains with us, you'll be able to easily activate the auto-responder option for any of the mailboxes that you set up with the account. This can be done through the Emails part of our intuitive Hepsia Hosting Control Panel where you can view a list of all your mailboxes. A little icon will show you which one has an enabled auto-responder and which one doesn't. To add, change or remove a message, click on the matching image for the specific e-mail, enter the text that you would like to use, save the change and you'll be all set. If you select various e-mail addresses, you're able to activate or disable the feature for them in bulk, with minimal efforts.
