A: The web site migration service that we are offering is free (to a certain extent). We will migrate your site(s) to our enterprise–grade cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from personal experience that changing web hosting providers can result in lost info and unwanted downtime. This is the reason why we will perform all that for you for free!We’ve got highly competent administrators whose only task is to make sure that your site performs exactly as it did on your old web hosting platform. Our administrators are experts in transferring custom–made sites, as well as sites that are based on well–known applications such as Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: While we cannot give you a precise time window, because there are a lot of factors, among them the physical size of the web files and databases, the location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll do our best to move your web site within 48 hours, and in certain cases – within 24 hours (if the content is not very large).

A: We will require the login details for your old hosting provider’s Control Panel and the site’s name (domain name).

A: Customer privacy is truly one of our paramount concerns – because of this, both our payment transaction page and our Control Panel login page are secured with enterprise–level Secure Sockets Layer certificates. We employ safety measures, which include, but are not limited to: physical, digital and managerial methods to protect the info that we receive on the World Wide Web. A: Nope. Your web site will continue to be available online during the transfer. Once everything is completed on our end, we’ll let you know so that you can examine it and check for any problems. If everything is OK, all you will need to do is change your domain’s DNS resource records.

A: Nah. We’ll never touch base with your hosting provider about anything at all. They will not be aware of the website migration either.

A: Yep. We support all standard Linux–powered web hosting platforms. We do not support Windows–driven hosting platforms, as we do not provide Windows web hosting services ourselves.Furthermore, we do not support proprietary web site building and administration tools such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
